Jimmie Allen is reportedly facing a $1.8 million demand from an unnamed victim based on sexual assault and for secretly filming her in a Las Vegas hotel. According to Billboard, the victim, who goes by Jane Doe, says that after the experience with the country singer, she felt "traumatized" and "violated".

The court filing was held on Monday. According to Jane Doe's lawyers, they are demanding a payment of $1.8 million, including $250,000 for the emotional distress he caused her, $340,000 for her future health treatments, and $1.19 million in punitive damages.

Doe's legal team's statement reads:

"Defendants' predatory conduct … is not the kind of conduct tolerated in a civilized and resulted in serious emotional and psychological injury to plaintiff."

They also added:

"Following the traumatic incident in Las Vegas, changes to plaintiff's mental health were quickly observed, including reverting to an eating disorder and turning to alcohol abuse... Plaintiff’s friends observed that Plaintiff was 'traumatized' and 'violated' by the incident."

But this is not the first time Jimmie Allen has faced a sexual assault lawsuit against him. Keep reading to know more about the first case.

When was Jimmie Allen's first sexual assault lawsuit?

Jimmie Allen was hit with a sexual assault lawsuit for the first time two years ago. According to Billboard, the country singer was dropped by BBR Music Group (his label), as well as his publicist, his management company, and his booking agency.

The first lawsuit was filed by his manager. They accused the 40-year-old singer of harassing and abusing them for more than a year (18 months), starting from 2020 till 2022.

However, Allen denied the accusations and decided to countersue his ex-manager for defamation. This case was settled last year.

More details from Jimmie Allen's second lawsuit

According to the filing by Jane Doe, she claimed that she met the singer on a flight to Nashville three years ago. After this meeting, the pair decided to continue communication via text and FaceTime.

They met in Las Vegas, and although the woman claimed that they had consensual sex, she did not agree to Jimmie ejaculating inside of her without using any protection. Later on, she discovered that he had also been filming her secretly.

While Allen denied these claims, he also mentioned that the woman allegedly agreed to being in the video.

Fast forward to the court ruling held last month, Allen was issued a default judgment by a Tennessee federal judge. The ruling came after he repeatedly ignored court orders and missed crucial deadlines, forfeiting his right to defend himself.

Jimmie Allen now faces a $1.8 million demand after a default judgment found him liable for assault, battery, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress. The ruling was made by Judge Aleta A. Trauger.
