More details on the Celeste Rivas and D4vd Tesla Case
The remains of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas were discovered in a Tesla linked to D4vd on September 8, 2025. The deceased’s body was found after workers complained about a foul smell coming from one of the vehicles at a towing lot.
The authorities revealed that late Celeste Rivas’s body wasn't intact and was severely decomposed when it was found.

While netizens have practically named singer D4vd guilty of the crime, the LAPD hasn't named anyone of interest in the case.
“At this time, the LAPD does not have a crime classification from the coroner as to the mode or manner of death. Thus, we do not have any suspect information at this time.”
D4vd’s rented home north of Sunset Boulevard was searched after a search warrant was obtained. According to inside sources, several items, including electronics and computers, were recovered from his home.
As the investigation continues, the singer has hired Blair Berk, a top criminal defense attorney known for representing celebrities such as Britney Spears, Kanye West, and Mel Gibson in the past. D4vd has not made any comments about the case. His manager, Josh Marshal, recently denied his involvement in the controversy. Replying to a TikTok video, Josh wrote:
“How dare you say something like this with no facts. This video is false, and the person is misinformed. This is the only time I’ll speak on this matter. FOR NOW. This has been a tough time for my family as I am a father of 3 children. I received no emails, and I’m no one’s roommate. I live full-time at home with my wife and kids.”
