Dezz rejects TheStockGuy's claims that he made alleged sexual assault remarks toward FanFan during The Streamer Awards intermission

The drama involving FanFan and The Streamer Awards 2025 continues to go on. It started from a joke delivered onstage by Fiona "Fanfan" during an audience segment. It eventually sparked backlash and allegations of sexual assault threats allegedly made during the show's intermission.

Twitch streamer Dezz, an associate of Kai Cenat and a member of the Clover Boys, has now officially denied the allegations made by financial streamer Jason "TheStockGuy," who claimed he overheard threats of physical and sexual assault involving Fanfan in a venue bathroom.

Dezz has now addressed the matter to push back against the allegations and call the claims made by TheStockGuy regarding the alleged sexual assault threat remarks towards FanFan false.

What did Dezz say about TheStockGuy's claims that he made alleged sexual assault remarks toward FanFan during The Streamer Awards intermission?

On December 9, 2025, during a livestream, TheStockGuy claimed he was in the restroom during The Streamer Awards intermission. He overheard a man using violent language that he believed was directed at Fanfan.

Initially, TheStockGuy did not reveal the man's identity he overheard. However, Discord messages later surfaced in which he wrote he was "99.9% sure" Dezz was the person he heard using violent language about FanFan.

After TheStockGuy's allegations involving FanFan spread, Dezz went live to push back strongly. He said the claims were false and that he never made any threats of hitting or assaulting anyone. He said:

"Why didn't you call the authorities if I made them heinous threats? Like them crazy... Why didn't you call the authorities and remove me? I can't remove somebody else out the awards when they jumped out there. When somebody jumped out there and did how they felt, y'all removed them. Why you didn't get me removed? Because you know I didn't f**king say that, you lying-a**, grown-a** man. You know I didn't fu**ing say that. You know I didn't say that, fam. And it hurts me, and whenever it hurt me, because my mother called me crying. Because you see, I'm a fu**ing baby boy. My mom got three kids, like I'm the baby boy. My father, I'm his only f**king child, bi**h. And to see that ni**a's lying on his f**king kid. That we do a lot of good s**t. That actually came from being a bada** child. And everybody hated him. You're lying on me. You could have just told the truth. And I probably would have told you. Su*k my d**k. At the end of the day, you lied on me. You lied on me."

Dezz continued addressing the matter involving TheStockGuy, FanFan, YourRAGE, and Silky, saying:

"Coded. It's so dead, it's coded. Do you realize you don't even fu**king know me? Like, you don't even f**king know me, G. You don't even know me to say anything that's coded like me. You don't even know what I show you, which is this. I don't give a f**k, f**k ya. I'm from Brooklyn. That's all y'all know. Then when I show y'all other s**t about me, you're like, oh, they might even know he was like that. Because you don't know me. Y'all don't know these people. Y'all only know what they show y'all. So whatever he told y'all, y'all go, like, why would I not let me? Let me respond first to answer y'all questions before I not like ni**as. Because now I don't like a lot of ni**as. Anybody who talk about this situation, I don't like you. Ni**a that's from Brooklyn, that should know my character and know me saying, like, they trying to, like, dry snitch, like, on some, like, oh, yeah, if he did say it. Ni**a, if my d**k was in your mouth, would you s**k it? Nah, nah, deada**."

Notably, in another viral clip, Dezz seemingly admitted that he delivered some remarks about FanFan during The Streamer Awards intermission after her viral Diddy joke on Kai Cenat. Dezz stated:

"Since nobody, the host, the comedians, whoever's cracking the jokes, since you didn't get nominated for a f**king award, and they only brought you there to f**king crack these lame a** jokes, you took it upon yourself to do all this corny s**t. And there go Desi, talking to his friends, and said, damn, this bi**h s**king d**k with teeth. She done f**king hurt my man. Because my man kind of like sloppy toppy. You know, he don't get the teeth. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? Because that's my brother. We f**k bad bi**hes. Bad bi**hes don't s**k d**k with teeth. I don't give a f**k what nobody tells me. They don't do it with the teeth. If they do it with the teeth, that's the wrong bad bi**h. That's the bi**h that's bad. Nah, dead ass. That's not a bad bi**h. That's a bi**h that's bad. That means bad for you. Like, dead ass. I keep saying it. Like, feel me? Feel me?"

Dezz stated that the comments TheStockGuy overheard were not threats but commentary about FanFan's joke that she made about Kai Cenat.

What did TheStockGuy initially say about the alleged sexual assault threats towards FanFan he overheard?

TheStockGuy claimed:

"I don't know if I should tell you this or not. So I'm in the middle, right? And I see them down there and I hear the guy take the mic about if you're going to tell a joke, at least make it funny. I didn't even get the joke or whatever. And then we went to an intermission. I go down, you know, I go down to the bathroom. As I walk in the bathroom, I hear somebody come in and go, yo, f**k that b**ch. Man, f**k that bi**h. I'll f**king toss that bi**h. I'll f**king knock her f**king teeth out. How's she going to suck d**k with no teeth? Man, f**k that bi**h. Who the f**k she think she is? And I was like, oh my God. And then he started saying some s**t about, I don't want to repeat it, about some things that are assault-wise that he's going to do. And I'm thinking to myself, dude, this guy really f**king, I thought it was a bit. I thought it was a bit."

As of now, Fanfan has not commented. QTCinderella has not issued any statement. TheStockGuy has not responded to Dezz's livestream.
