As per the lawsuit, the incident dates back to 2005, when Combs forced John Doe to perform oral sex with him.

According to the lawsuit, reported by TMZ, the masturbation incident took place in the Los Angeles warehouse in September 2020 when they were taken and given drugs by Sean Combs. The warehouse also had clothes from The Notorious B.I.G., which Diddy later used to perform inappropriate acts, as claimed in the lawsuit.

Before the incident, John Doe was forced to take ketamine when he attended a music listening session for a Biggie Smalls project with Combs. After which, he was taken to the warehouse and was alone with Combs.

After Combs's inappropriate act on the late rapper's tee, Combs humorously laughed and reportedly said:

"RIP Biggie"

Recently, Sean Combs was found not guilty of the sex trafficking and racketeering charges filed against him. However, he was found guilty of two counts related to the transportation of prostitution. This latest lawsuit has now opened a new chapter of legal trouble for the music mogul.

So far, neither Sean Combs nor his lawyers have responded to the lawsuit filed by John Doe. His fans and the internet are now waiting to see how this case unfolds, especially since similar accusations have been made against him in the past as well.
