Sean "Diddy" Combs entered the sixth week of his federal s*x trafficking and racketeering trial, with the prosecution nearing the end of its case. The week was deemed crucial for several reasons.
According to a report, the week was disrupted by multiple delays, including a court adjournment and the Juneteenth holiday. Judge Arun Subramaniam dismissed a juror since his credibility was in question, and he gave inconsistent statements about his residency, according to Rolling Stone.

The outlet reported that the juror at first reported that he resided in the Bronx but then moved to New Jersey. After the issue was raised in the court, he said that his move is not permanent and that he still had a New York driver’s license and received his mail at his old residence.
Judge Arun Subramaniam believed that he was “shading answers or trying to explain an attempt to stay on the jury.”
Here are the other things to note that took place in the sixth week of Diddy’s trial.
What are the significant points of Diddy’s sixth week trial?
The sixth week of Diddy’s trial was crucial as the prosecutors are reportedly close to resting their case. During this week, they provided the evidence to the court regarding the Bad Boy co-founder's “freak-offs” marathon, which included 20 minutes of video recordings, provided by the rapper’s former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
In her testimony, Ventura pointed out how the rapper coerced her and other individuals to sleep with male s*x workers, which he called “freak-offs.” In addition to this, text messages between Ventura, Diddy, and his former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, were presented to the court in the sixth week, allegedly showing their involvement in planning these events.

According to a report in ABC News, Diddy contacted Ventura, his then-girlfriend, multiple times following the 2016 hotel attack at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles. This was presented as a record to the court, where it was clearly stated how Ventura tried to ignore him despite his desperation.
The outlet stated that he made a dozen calls to her, following her departure, and messaged her. One of the texts read,
“Call me now. You gonna abandon me all alone”
Ventura replied to him,
“I have a premiere Monday for the biggest thing I have ever done in my life. I have a black eye and a fat lip. You are sick for thinking it’s OK to do what you have done.”
Kristina Khorram also intervened to persuade Ventura to talk to him. She has reportedly been named as a defendant in civil lawsuits against Diddy. However, she denied the allegations against her in the lawsuits in March 2025.
She said:
“For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss. These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family. I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone.”
Associated Press reported that defence lawyer, Teny Geragos, stated that the s*xual conduct in the case has been “consensual.” However, prosecutors, opposing the defence’s claim, argued that it is false and that Diddy coerced his employees, associates, and even his girlfriends to recruit and arrange flights for s*x workers.
