Internet reacts as Elon Musk volunteers to be in a ‘100 Men vs. 1 Gorilla’ video if MrBeast makes one

The '100 Men vs 1 Gorilla' debate has captured the imagination of millions all over the world, and now, Elon Musk and MrBeast have joined the fray. The debate has transcended its original platform and is now very much part of popular discourse. MrBeast was also quick to voice his opinions on the matter and recently offered to test the hypothesis - by turning the debate into his next YouTube video.

In the post that has gone viral on social media, MrBeast can be seen asking for volunteers to test the hypothesis in real time. Elon Musk jumped on the bandwagon by seemingly throwing his name into the mix, too, he commented:

"Sure, what's the worst that could happen?"

The interaction between MrBeast and Elon Musk caught the attention of fans worldwide and has sparked a flurry of discussions on social media around the hypothetical video. While some fans gave props to Elon Musk for his bravery, others ridiculed him for even thinking that he could fight a gorilla:

"I speak for EVERYONE when I say Elon could beat the gorilla by himself and he should prove it as soon as possible. Think about how DANK AND EPIC it would be!", quipped one fan.

"No no, shhh. Elon should totally participate. He got this. In fact I think he should do it alone", joked another.

"Elon wants in on the action so he can Neuralink the Gorilla and scramble its brains", another fan chimed in.

"I think Elonius can do it. I mean, he has all that upper body.... strength? I don't know what's going on there but either way, I'd like to see him try", cheered on another fan.

More reactions followed soon after:

"Just like he volunteered to fight Zuck and countless others, just like he volunteered to sit down with Jon Stewart", commented another skeptic user.

Although the origins of the meme are a bit murky, the debate was reignited recently when one X user posed the question that would soon captivate the internet:

"I think 100 ni***s could beat 1 gorilla eerybody just gotta be dedicated to the shit."

Every meme, impression, and celebrity quip since then has taken the debate to greater heights. On the other hand, the internet remains split over who would come out on top in the battle between 100 unarmed humans vs 1 gorilla.

Although MrBeast offered to settle the debate, the chances that we might see it happening in real time are close to zero, owing to a number of international laws that have been put in place for wildlife protection. In fact, as the post went viral on X, the popular YouTuber got an earful from animal welfare organization PETA on the social media platform:
