Every major performance planned for the 2025 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

It is almost that time of the year again, and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is right around the corner. It is a three-hour parade that has been organized by Macy's, the American department store chain. The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade has quite a history. It began in 1924 and is now the second-oldest Thanksgiving Day Parade in the country.

This year, the parade will be held in front of Macy's Herald Square in Midtown Manhattan. There will be a number of performers, A-listers, and floats putting on a show for the audience.

For those who are unable to see the Thanksgiving Day Parade live, you can head over to NBC and Peacock on Thursday (November 27) to watch the show at 8:30 a.m. An encore show will also be broadcast on NBC at 2:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Performers and entertainers for Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade 2025

Here is a complete list of the performers, entertainers, and celebrities who will be making an appearance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on November 27, at Macy's Herald Square in Midtown Manhattan.

The broadcast will be hosted by Hoda Kotb, Savannah Guthrie, and Al Roker on NBC and Peacock. A Spanish-language simulcast will be on Telemundo, and it will be hosted by Aleyda Ortiz, Andrea Meza, and Clovis Nienow.

According to reports from AOL, there will be a total of 28 floats at the 2025 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. In addition to these, there will be 34 balloons and four balloonicles. A group of clowns, a Santa Claus, and marching bands will also join the parade.

Coming to the entertainers at the parade, you can expect performances from musicals such as Just in Time, Buena Vista Social Club, and Ragtime.

According to the program, Wicked star Cynthia Erivo will be the opener of the 2025 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, which will be followed by country star Lainey Wilson.

There will also be more daytime performances at the 34th Street location of Macy's. You can expect to see the voices behind HUNTR/X from Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters, REI AMI, EJAE, and Audrey Nuna, making their debut.
