Kai Cenat ran into Future at this year's Met Gala after-party and may have secured a stream with him.
In clips circulating on X, the popular streaming personality can be seen dapping up the rapper before he suggests that they link up for a stream. While the latter notes that he's based in Miami, Kai Cenat, who said he's based in Atlanta, expressed willingness to make things work anyway.
He also recalled meeting Future's son a while ago before noting that it's "nice to meet" him. In the clip, he also seemingly took someone from the rapper's team's number to set up the potential stream.
Fans have since begun poking fun at the clip, such as one user who penned on X:

While users may have poked fun at the interaction, fans could not help but appreciate Kai Cenat's penchant for hustling, with many noting that he's good at networking.
Here's why Kai Cenat didn't go to the Met Gala this year:
Kai Cenat, 23, recently told fans the real reason he opted out of attending this year's Met Gala. In one of his recent streams, he said,
"I had an opportunity to go to the Met Gala, chat. But, I didn't go because I'm not gonna lie, the brand that wanted to host me... I didn't really, like, wanna do that brand."
The Twitch streamer failed to reveal the name of the fashion house that he wasn't in favor of. Nonetheless, an invite from co-host of the night Pharrell did see him attend the after-party, and in true Kai Cenat fashion, he livestreamed from the event.
"How the f--- did I get in here?" he asked at one point in the stream.
Throughout the hour-long segment, Future, Jaden Smith, Keke Palmer, Ciara, Kim Kardashian, and more stars were spotted.
