Nina Dobrev is bringing the Katherine Pierce vibes back.

The Vampire Diaries actress uploaded an Instagram video on October 5, wearing a vintage 2003 Roberto Cavalli dress. The dress had a halter neck design with a deep neck and a satin finish. She paired the dress with hoop earrings and a ring while keeping the makeup minimal with center-parted face-framing layers.

While the look grabbed the attention on its own, Nina Dobrev saying Katherine Pierce's dialogue in the Instagram video added the cherry on top. In the video, she was seen lip-syncing to the lines:

"Please, I'm Katherine Pierce. I'm a survivor."

Nina Dobrev is best known for her roles as Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce in the popular series The Vampire Diaries, which aired from 2009 to 2017. Alongside Nina, the show also starred Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley.

Fans adored Elena Gilbert for being a kind, selfless girl who always put love and others first. At the same time, many were captivated by Elena’s doppelgänger, Katherine Pierce, who had a very different personality and was manipulative and focused on her own survival. Alongside, she also played the roles of Tatia and Amara.

Recently, the actress also opened up on how she didn't get equal pay when compared to her male co-stars, Ian and Paul. In a statement reported by The Hollywood Reporter, she said:

"I wanted to play Katherine, but I wanted to be compensated fairly for that, and I wanted to be an equal to the boys"

In another statement, she said that it,

"Was probably the most hurtful because it felt like I was really working hard and we shot eighteen-hour days sometimes, and nights, and I was putting my absolute heart and soul, blood, sweat, and tears into it."

Nina Dobrev is also set to appear in two upcoming projects, which include Woman 99 and Bear Country, according to IMDb. However, the release dates of the projects haven't been revealed as of now.
