Former CEO of FaZe Clan, FaZe Banks, in a recent stream called PlaqueBoyMax and other ex-FaZe Clan members who recently left the group "incredibly ungrateful." Banks' comments come after PlaqueBoyMax, on a September 25 stream, revealed that FaZe Clan members had no control and that the members were treated like "puppers."

Banks, while revealing his side of the story, said,

"I just watched some clips from this PlaqueBoyMax stream where he's playing a laugh track over my tweet, and it's like, Max I know we've had like our individual differences and I know I haven't really seen eye to eye with a lot of talent because truthfully and honestly I find you guys all to be incredibly ungrateful."

He went on to add,

"I find you guys all to have insane egos and I think it's disgusting it makes me stick to my stomach that you guys have relationship with each other with every other streamer and your community included is so incredibly fake, you guys are the best actors on planet earth, and you've made a complete career out of all of it."

FaZe Banks says FaZe Clan members hated PlaqueBoyMax's "guts" after he left

While addressing PlaqueBoyMax's comments, ex-CEO FaZe Banks also mentioned that the members who left just recently hated PlaqueBoyMax's "guts" after he left the group in August 2025.

"Max these are your boys there are the same guys that said that they f***ing hated your guts after you left. And, you know, you're in the program, you have the ego of the size, you think you're Travis Scott and this and that, also like Max multiple conversations about how Ron's content is cringe"

Banks also revealed that Max and others were not on good terms with other members, Lacey and Jason, from the beginning. Banks also said that FaZe Clan "forced this relationship" between the FaZe Clan members for the sake of the brand to work.

FaZe Banks' comments on the professional esports and entertainment brand come after multiple members from the clan left the group on December 25, 2025. The list of the members that left the group includes Nick "Lacy," Rani "Stable Ronaldo," Jason "The Ween" Nguyen, Alexander Hamilton Prynkiewicz a.k.a. FaZeAdapt, and Jerry "Silky" Woo a.k.a FazeSilky.

The exit comes months after the organization released an official statement including a list of the remaining FaZe members, including Adapt, Apex, Jason, Jev, Kaysan, Lacy, Rage, Replays, Ron, Rug, Scope, Silky, Swagg, ZooMaa, and the pro eSports Teams.
