On October 30, BTS' Jungkook’s tattoo artist POLYC shared an update on the idol’s tattoo cover-up via his Instagram account. As shown in his new post, POLYC shared that the BTS member’s tattoo cover-up is still in progress. He posted a collage of his previous tattoo and his current cover-up.

Fans of Jk were thrilled to see how the SEVEN singer disliked his previous moon tattoo; therefore, he got it covered with a new one. Consequently, his followers swamped the internet with their reactions to his new tattoo.

POLYC shared BTS' Jungkook’s tattoo journey

Earlier, on June 16, shortly after Jungkook’s military release, the tattoo artist shared an Instagram story mentioning their tattoo journey. With the post, POLYC shared that the 3D vocalist was self-conscious about his tattoos.

“When we first met, he felt very self-conscious about his tattoos and was even too embarrassed to wear short sleeves during the summer. so, our shared goal became what we called the ‘short-sleeve in summer project.’” Tattoo artist.

POLYC revealed that he completed 70% of his tattoo before his enlistment in the Korean military.

“We completed about 70% of the work before he enlisted, and we're still continuing the process as his busy schedule allows.” POLYC revealed.
