Julian McMahon's family life and career
Julian McMahon was born on July 27, 1968 to Australian politician, Sir William McMahon and socialite and fashion icon, Lady Sonia McMahon. He had two siblings, an older sister named Melinda and a younger sister, Deborah.
Julian married thrice, with his latest marriage being to Kelly Paniagua in 2014. He had a daughter from his second marriage to Baywatch actress, Brooke Burns.
“My Dad... was born in 1908. That's a very different time to what it was when he was raising me. He must have gone through a strange misunderstanding of how you were parented in 1908 versus how you parent in 1972; it would have been so conflicting. Also how you be a husband in that period of time would have been different,” Julian said in a 2018 interview with Herald Sun about his dad.
Julian began his acting career in 1989 when he made his acting debut in the soap opera The Power, The Passion, playing the role of Kane Edmonds. He is best known for his roles as Ben Lucini in Home and Away, Jonah in Runaways, Jess LaCroix in CBS crime drama FBI: Most Wanted, Christian Troy in Nip/Tuck, Cole Turner in Charmed, and Detective John Grant in Profiler.
