Candace Owens has recently recounted the story of how she met her husband, George Farmer during a trip to London organised in connection with Turning Point USA.Owens was a former employee of Turning Point USA, a non-profit organization founded by the late Charlie Kirk. According to a report in Medium, Farmer recalled how his proposal came without any “romantic overtures” at that point. He said:“It had all been very above board, talking about politics and engaging in philosophical conversations, and at the end of December, I called her a couple of times to kind of chat and again, had these prolonged conversations, mainly about politics and trying to understand what she wanted to do in life.”He proposed to Candace Owens while flying to Africa on a call, and added:“Literally nothing romantic had been said up to this point. We hadn’t gone on a date. We had not talked about marriage or the future or anything like that.”The couple announced their engagement news in February 2019 and got married on August 31, 2019, at Trump Winery in Charlottesville, Virginia.
