Stable Ronaldo, the popular Twitch streamer known for his gaming content, has hired a full-time cameraperson to document his real-life activities. The camera person is expected to earn $4,000 at the end of every month with a $1,000 bonus if he impresses Stable Ronaldo.

For subathons, where Ronaldo is expected to stream for 24 hours, the cameraman will reportedly get paid $10,000 for the month. Stable Ronaldo streams for an average of five hours per day.

In a clip circulating on X, the online personality is seen discussing the final terms of the agreement with his cameraman. The two close the deal with a handshake.

Stable says to the cameraman:

“Four thousand for June, if you do a good job, five thousand. For the rest of summer and in the Summerthon, we know it’s gon be over ten thousand. We already said that last time—it’s the same thing."

The streamer then extends his hands towards the cameraperson, who shakes them to seal the deal. The Twitch streamer jokingly adds that his new cameraman has sold his soul to him.

Fans react to Stable Ronaldo hiring a camera operator for his IRL streams

Pop culture news channel on X @scubaryan_ shared a clip of Stable Ronaldo hiring someone to operate the cameras, and Netizens had mixed reactions about the salary terms.

@hard_tingz tweeted in response:

“Just go get a regular job at this point.”

Other X users seemed to share the same sentiments as they felt $4k a month was too little to earn from being a cameraman to a top streamer:

@77ether stated:

“He should and could pay him a lot more than 4k, lmao”

@cloudyjohnnyNFT added:

“It's sad cause Ron makes this in a hour. He literally sold his soul for 4k NO CAP. Cameraman for a big streamer like Ron should make 25k a month”

@bagupjaay expressed:

“Tbh, I think he should make more than that a month. I'm even making more than $5k, and I work at Nike”

Other Netizens found the salary amount to be appropriate.

@sixinchgod replied:

“1000 a week is 25 an hour for 40 hours a week, and that's before tax. Y'all saying it's bad money are dumb. He's making more than most of yall dumba**es are. But yeah he kinda dumb for not negotiating I would've said 5k”

@DroppedBySteph commented:

“This isn’t bad cos it’s just for 5 hours a day, u can do other sh** on top of this,”

@00biewan2 explained

“The pay is bad, but he has a chance to grow his own audience. He's also meeting powerful people in streaming with a chance to make connections. That is way more valuable than the pay”
