Former Nickelodeon child star Tylor Chase has landed in some tough times. In the midst of some troubling videos that surfaced online, former co-stars, fans, and bystanders alike are making an effort to help Chase get back on his feet.In the most recent news, as per TMZ, Tylor Chase has found himself back on the streets on Christmas Eve. As it happens, 2 men were seen helping him in his time of need, providing him a jacket and some words of protection in an interaction that was recorded and posted online. After giving Chase some token items, the man prayed for him as well."Take him out of the darkness right now in the name of Jesus, my Lord ... show him that you love him, my Lord. Anything that he's gone through -- give him peace, give him joy, my Lord." Said the man in his prayer. The situation has predictably gone viral, with several users taking to social media to weigh in with their thoughts. The bulk of X users seemed jaded by the entire situation already, with one user claiming,"100th person I’ve seen recording him for clout"Another X user echoed the same sentiment,"I hope it’s doing some good for him, but it honestly feels like his situation is being used for clout rather than real help. That rubs me the wrong way. If you care, help him off-camera and get him right… no reason to use him for views."One X user pointed out the futility of the situation,“So he is a very bad addict and right now everyone is giving him money and he only cares about getti”ng high, he don’t care about a place to stay, if he is homeless he will continue to get money he needs to want help and not people trying to force him.It seems as though another X user provided a slightly more positive outlook on the entire ordeal,"Oh dear, I hope he returns to his accommodation and accepts treatment soon. Patience, consistency and determination from anyone able to reach out and support him will be essential for any real progress."Finally, one X user put the situation in a different context altogether,“On Christmas Eve, strangers showed more humanity than the people who made millions off his childhood.”Tylor Chase’s former co-stars speak outIn other news involving Tylor Chase and his current condition, several of his former co-stars appear to be willing to help him find his way. Devon Werkheiser, who appeared alongside Chase on Ned's Declassified, recently shared his thoughts on the situation with TMZ."Tylor was a sensitive, sweet, and kind kid. It is heartbreaking to see him this way."He added,"I haven’t seen Tylor in almost 20 years since the show ended. Anyone who has dealt with severe addiction and deep mental health issues knows it’s an unbelievably challenging situation if they don't want help."It remains to be seen what will happen to Tylor Chase, though it seems as though he has the support to attempt a recovery if that is indeed his ultimate goal.
