“I don't need deodorant. The last time I used it was when I was 14, when I thought using Axe spray would make girls like me. I don’t need it because I’m not fat. Fat people need deodrant.”

Why Asmongold says he doesn’t need deodorant

Asmongold explained more about why he doesn’t wear deodorant. He said that people who are not overweight usually don’t sweat or smell much. In his view, sweating a lot is something that happens more to people who are fat. He said that because he is slim and doesn’t sweat much, deodorant is not needed for him. He said,

"Fat people need deodrant because they smell bad, because all the Cheetos are coming through their skin."

Asmongold has often talked about not using many hygiene products. In the past, he said he doesn’t always shower every day and doesn’t use shampoo either. He said that some of these things are just made up by companies to sell products. He thinks a lot of hygiene routines are not really needed.

To him, being clean doesn’t mean using soap and spray every day. It means not smelling bad, not feeling dirty, and not having skin problems. He says he’s never had issues with any of those things.
