Diddy's former assistant and alleged drug mule, Brendan Paul, took to the stand on Friday, June 202, 2025, to testify as the final witness for the prosecution.

The Washington Post has reported that, as Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal trial for sex trafficking and racketeering rages on, Paul took to the stand after being granted complete immunity. He informed the judge that he initially intended to plead the Fifth until the feds offered him protection in exchange for testifying.

Baller Alert has reported that Brendan Paul told jurors that in addition to being the disgraced mogul's assistant, he served as his supplier for illicit substances like cocaine, ketamine, MDMA, ecstasy, and more.

He conceded to transporting drugs through airports, and outlined one instance where he snuck cocaine through TSA at the rapper's behest. Combs allegedly instructed his employees “move like SEAL Team Six” and be “militant” in anticipating his desires, the former assistant testified.

Brendan Paul's testimony against Diddy explored

People Magazine has reported that Brendan Paul studied at Syracuse University, where he also played basketball. He worked for Diddy between 2022 and 2024, up until the feds raided the mogul's house in March.

That same day, he was arrested at an airport near Miami on drug charges, though these were later dropped when he finished a diversion program and agreed to testify. At the time, he had cocaine and marijuana candy in his bag.

Akin to what the other assistants have said, Brendan Paul was informed the day he got the job that he is barred from dating someone, as being an assistant to the mogul required round-the-clock attention. He also recalled an instance where he went three days without sleep, save for the power naps in between. Adding that he ingested Adderall and cocaine sporadically to keep himself up, he stated:

“I was young so I was able to handle it,”

He also testified that Combs' chief of staff was in charge of setting up the freak-offs, which he referred to as “wild king nights.” The only girlfriend of Diddy's he had ever seen at these parties was a woman who also testified earlier on in the trial.

However, her identity remains unclear, as she went by the pseudonym Jane, according to The Washington Post.

Defense attorney Brian Steel probed at one point during cross-examination:

“Did you ever notice Jane to be hesitant or apprehensive about those nights?”

Paul said he did not notice anything indicative of her being there or engaging against her will. He also said that these infamous drug-fueled parties were mainly held in a hotel room until November 2023, which is when Diddy was sued by his former girlfriend and alleged victim, Cassie Ventura.

After that, Paul claimed these parties were shifted to private residences. People Magazine has reported that he allegedly had to equip the rapper with various items for these parties, including condoms, alcohol, candles, cigarettes, lube, and more.

At one point, he even recalled Combs instructing him to try drugs, which he agreed to “to prove my loyalty.” He agreed and continued with his job. When Combs asked "if it was good," Paul said:

“I felt euphoric but did not feel the full effect."

Baller Alert has reported that Diddy's legal team attempted to establish Paul as more than willing to serve as Diddy's “drug mule," which he "absolutely" denied, stating it was just “part of the job." He also said that his feelings toward Combs are “complicated.”

Baller Alert has reported that prosecutors are treating Brendan Paul as one of the key witnesses, alongside Cassie Ventura. He is expected to be one of the final witnesses before the prosecution team rests its case.
