"Brian Harpole lied": Candace Owens disputes Charlie Kirk’s security head’s drone-restriction claims, citing Frank Turek’s footage

Since Charlie Kirk's assassination, Candace Owens has voiced numerous suspicions about his organization, TPUSA.

The political commentator has highlighted multiple alleged lies about the organization, most recently targeting Charlie Kirk's chief of security, Brian Harpole.

Candace Owens took a shot at Charlie Kirk's security head’s drone limitation claims in her most recent podcast on November 19. She claimed that Brian Harpole lied about drone restrictions at Utah University, citing Frank Turek's footage from a previous interview with Megyn Kelly.

“His team had drones. They were texting him footage when he was in the car. So Brian Harpole lied.” Candace claimed.

For those unaware, Brian Harpole appeared for an interview on the Shawn Ryan Show on November 18. In his interview, Harpole recounted the security measures that were in place on the day Kirk was assassinated. He mentioned the drone restrictions on Utah premises, referring to the Provo, Utah airspace as prohibited for drones. Brian went on to say that due to this reason. Brian Harpole said:

“And and so initially we we have I spent thousands of dollars on drones last year and 10 and got the guy's license, but if the area lies in the Provo, Utah airspace, I can't fly it. That's a 107B, the guy, we can't break the rules, right? And then you had secondary restrictions probably due to heavy foot traffic for the school, but I I can't go in and break the rules. There's laws for a reason. And then and so now the school could have flown drones, the PD, but they didn't have them, right?”

Candace Owens challenged these drone restrictions claims and in her latest podcast.

Candace Owens highlighted Frank Turek's clip, claiming that drones were used

In her podcast, the political commentator brought up Frank Turek’s footage from his previous appearance on The Megyn Kelly Show. Frank Turek is a TPUSA member who was there with Charlie Kirk on the day he was shot in Utah.

In an interview with Megyn Kelly on September 25, Frank Turek said that drones were watching the crowd from above. Additionally, he recalled that thousands of people were present on the day he was assassinated. He also added that Charlie Kirk's crew sent him drone footage before his Utah event.

“So, we're driving in, Megan, and his team has drones up um looking at the crowd from above and they they text him some video and there's thousands of people there an hour before the the start and I said, "Charlie, I don't like this place. There's too many buildings." And uh but he shrugged it off."

Frank Turek continued as:

"He knew there were thousands of people there and he knew in order to minister to people, you can't completely isolate yourself. It's just like love. You you you can't keep your heart in a box. You got to give it away.”

This isn’t the first instance of Candace Owens talking about TPUSA’s alleged lies.

In one of her podcasts, she claimed that Charlie Kirk was concerned about TPUSA’s finances before his death and she has also cast doubt on the investigation into Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
