On December 16, Candace Owens opened up about her meeting with Erika Kirk's lawyer on December 15. She talked about everything that happened during her 4.5-hour meeting and what points they discussed about Charlie Kirk’s killing. Owens has voiced suspicion over TPUSA for hiding important details about Charlie Kirk’s murder.In her latest podcast, she shared that she talked to Erika Kirk’s lawyer, who said they don’t have any new information beyond what is already public. Candace Owens said:“And what I got from the lawyer did not make me feel that Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk. does not make me feel confident that Charlie that he didn't or did shoot uh Charlie Kirk. I was very surprised by this. He spoke a very long time. I asked, you know, can you share with me what it is? And I said, when you share this with me, I will not say what that thing is if that's what we if we want to protect the integrity of the case. I'm not going to if you say we've got the footage of him taking a shot, I'm I promise I won't say that to the audience, but I will communicate to them that you have something that is solid."Candace Owens further said that Erika’s lawyer has nothing other than an affidavit. She said she believes Tyler Robinson didn’t shoot Charlie after talking to Erika’s lawyer.“He said that they have nothing like but the affidavit. Okay. So what you have what we have seen is what they have. What people what is being discussed publicly you are this whole like non-expert problem where like well you don't know it's like what you read his messages that don't have any dates on it. Tyler Robinson writing out everything and the clean alibi. That's what they have.”Owens also revealed that currently Erika’s lawyers are looking for more information and that they won’t know the full scope of investigation until May next year.“And what he explained to me was that that's the affidavit stage. That's where that's where it's at. And then what takes place now is the investigation is ongoing, right? So right now they're looking for more information. They don't in this part of the process.
