Adin Ross was visibly upset over MrBeast not crediting him with shelling out $12 million for the latter's philanthropic initiatives.

In his latest stream, Adin Ross, a prolific Kick streamer, addresses the YouTuber's latest post, where he declares that he was the one to raise the money.

"Me - I raised $12M to get hundreds of thousands of people clean water and save countless people from dying! Twitter - MrBeast is evil"

For context, the YouTuber, born Jimmy Donaldson, referred to his TeamWater initiative, which aims to raise $40M by the end of this month. The funds will provide thousands of people with access to clean water for the next decade or so.

"Why did MrBeast say 'I raised $12M,' and why did MrBeast say 'just did my first livestream?' Unreal, dude. I don't know what to say. Why did he not wanna mention me? I don't get it, like I don't understand. Did I not contribute enough?" Adin Ross questioned, seemingly fighting back tears. "Why didn't he include me in the title?"

Here's what MrBeast and Adin Ross have been up to on X and Kick lately:

For the unversed, MrBeast, Adin Ross, and xQc made headlines just days ago when they broke the Guinness World Record for raising the most amount of money as part of the former's TeamWater goals, which he is executing with fellow YouTuber Mark Rober.

The Thursday, August 14 livestream was the first one hosted by the YouTuber, and he had the two other popular streamers by his side. Over 3,000 creators donated during the nearly 18-hour Kick stream, which, in the end, raised over $12,000,000.

The three reportedly planned to raise only about $5 million, but eventually decided to try and break the world record instead. Complex has reported that Adrien Nougaret and Alexandre Dachary held the previous record for their Z Event, held in October 2021. At the time, it raised $11,972,930.19 across several days.

As for Donaldson, his tweets were a response to a critic's claim that he was "one of the most alive people today." The latter was responding to his first tweet, which read as follows:

"Just did my first stream and we raised over $12,000,000 for charity! Most money ever raised in a live stream."

As reported by Men's Journal, in his stream on Kick, he called on his fans to send in money for a worthwhile initiative:

“Guys, that is 12 million years of clean water for people in need. Or put differently, that is clean water for hundreds of thousands of humans for decades each,” he said.

Adin Ross chimed in:

“I want to give a special shoutout to everyone watching; a part of this journey. You guys are all contributing these $10, it all adds up and you guys are actually contributing to an amazing cause.”

Among the benefactors were adult content creator Sophie Rain, who bequeathed a staggering $1 million, as well as LOVE Electrolyte, Finnbags, Kick.com’s Ed Craven, and Bijan Tehrani, among others. However, Dexerto has reported that Chesky, the co-founder of Airbnb, was the one to send in the money that broke the record. He reportedly donated $500,000.
