Sean 'Diddy' Combs' sentencing is reportedly scheduled at 10 a.m. ET on October 3. Ahead of the hearing, CNN reported that the defendant's legal team is pushing for a lower sentence, and the rapper's former girlfriend, Virginia 'Gina' Huynh, has also allegedly shown support. The news outlet reported earlier this month that Gina's letter in support of the rapper was submitted to Judge Subramaniam and claimed that Combs "was not a danger" to her "or to the community."
For those unversed, Virginia was formerly identified as "Victim 3" and was expected to appear during the trial to testify against him, per TMZ. In June, prosecutors reported that they had allegedly lost touch with Virginia, and she didn't appear during the trial. CNN revealed that Gina reportedly submitted another letter late Wednesday by Combs' defence team. Per the news outlet, Gina wrote,
"I felt pressured to feel like a victim. I told them I was not but they insisted that I was, even when I expressed my truth otherwise.”

Diddy's ex-girlfriend Gina says she was pressured to claim victimhood ahead of Sean Combs’ sentencing

Combs's legal team reportedly submitted letters, including that by Virginia 'Gina' Huynh, in support of the rapper. CNN reported that Gina claims that the persecutors pressured her into claiming victimhood and being allegedly forced to engage in prostitution by the rapper.
Combs is scheduled to face sentencing tomorrow after being convicted of two charges of "transportation to engage in prostitution." Legal authorities have estimated that the singer could face 10 years in prison for each charge. CNN noted that Diddy's attorneys and the singer himself are likely to address the judge and seek acquittal of the charges.
NBC News noted that the prosecutors have for his former assistant, 'Mia', to speak during the sentencing. The news outlet noted that she has reportedly asked for a fair sentence and noted,
"I ask you to deliver a sentence that reflects the full measure of harm that he has caused: the years of coercion, financial abuse, humiliation, physical and sexual violence, and the profound trauma that he has inflicted as a result."

Diddy's former girlfriend, Gina, is reportedly another individual who has come to support the rapper. More details about the letter and Gina's support are likely to emerge following the sentencing. On the contrary, prosecutors hope to bring 'Mia' to address the judge and request a sentence of at least 11 years in prison.
