Candace Owens has pledged to carry what she calls the "same fight" into the new year.

Her X post is generating notable reactions across social media platforms. The post followed Owens' year-end reel, which celebrated the success of her podcast, which reached a reported number one global ranking in 2025.

Candace Owens took to her official X (formerly Twitter) platform to repost an edited video, where she was talking about Charlie Kirk and his assassination, captioning,

"This is so sweet. Thank you for taking the time to put this together. Happy New Year, everyone. New Year, same fight! 🇺🇸"

Netizens reacted to the post, saying,

"Happy New Year, Candace ✨ Charlie may be gone too soon, but the fire he lit still burns because of you. When the mud is thrown to slow you down, this is a beautiful reminder of why you are doing this and that the truth always stands tall. You have got this, Candace. Go max for Charlie. 💪❤️‍🔥 May God guide you, strengthen you, and protect you. The truth always wins and with faith, it stands even taller 💕"

The "same fight" Candace Owens referred to in her post seemingly involves her theories and controversial claims related to Charlie Kirk's murder. Her claims have also created a conflict within conservative media.

Ben Shapiro condemned Candace Owens' theories during a speech at Turning Point USA's AmericaFest conference in December 2025. He described her claims as "absolutely baseless trash" and said,

"There is only one moral side here, Erika Kirk's side."

Shapiro also criticized those who did not condemn Owens and called their silence "cowardice." He seemingly hinted at Megyn Kelly for allegedly defending Owens’ claims. He stated that her attempt to "understand" Candace Owens' perspective was "a moral and logical absurdity."

Netizens' reactions to Candace Owens pledging to continue the "same fight" in 2026

Netizens were notably quick to weigh in on the comment section of Candace Owens' X post to share their opinions on her statement. Below are some of their reactions:

"Happy New Years. Hopefully, you will chill with the Charlie Kirk conspiracies now that we all know what happened.", stated an X user.
"Still cant believe he is gone. Happy New Year, Candace. Thank you for fighting for the truth. For Charlie, for America whom he loved dearly.", commented a third.
"What's the next story arc for your soap opera, Candace Owens? I am hoping it is you discovered that Erika is really her evil twin and the real Erika and Charlie are both tied up on a yacht owned by George Soros. You can do an Al Capone vault thing where you go to the yacht to save them.", wrote a third.

Others also chimed in:

"It is hard losing a friend, it is harder losing a friend who literally becomes family.", expressed a netizen.
"I teared up. Great reminder of what fueled her these past months.", shared another.
"A beautiful tribute. I felt that sadness. Compared to the blonde grifter this is real.", commented a third.

Notably, radio host Alex Jones recently accused Candace Owens of working for powerful institutions, including the Democratic Party, the CIA, and MI6. In a video, Jones called Owens a "globalist agent" and said he was ready for a "war."

Owens mocked the claims and told Jones to present proof. When Jones referenced her husband, George Farmer, Owens stated that Alex Jones "telling his audience my husband is MI6 is hilarious.”
