Halle Bailey reportedly spotted tanning in Italy with Mystery Man amid DDG custody drama

Halle Bailey has been spotted with a mysterious man while her legal struggles with the father of her child, DDG, rage on.

TMZ was the first to break the news of the The Little Mermaid actress sunbathing in Positano, Italy, with a new beau. The pair was out on a yacht as they engaged in some PDA, took photos of each other, and went for a dip in the Mediterranean Sea. As of this writing, the man in question has yet to be identified.

The songstress was recently granted permission to bring her 18-month-old son, Halo, with her to Italy, despite protest from DDG. She has also filed for a temporary restraining order against the rapper, alleging that he abused her physically.

In one instance, she said he slammed her head into the steering wheel of their car, causing a chipped tooth. She also accused her former partner of breaking and entering her home, taking pictures of her bedroom as if to insinuate infidelity, and accused her of cheating on him.

In more recent news, DDG proclaimed on one of his recent livestreams that he was ready to have another child. While streaming from France for Paris Fashion Week, the rapper said he'd consider checking out a fertility clinic in the future to sire another child and avoid co-parenting:

“If I’m 29 or something like that, and I ain’t got the time,” he began. “I’ll just go to that little place, do my little one-two, put my s—t in a cup. Take a little egg from somebody, throw it in another little body. Cook that motherf—r up for nine months. You can do that type s—t when you got money. That’ll alleviate a lot of s—t.”

Billboard has reported that Halle Bailey has been granted temporary sole custody of their toddler, in addition to the restraining order. DDG is currently in the process of acquiring permission to visit his son in Rome, where she is currently filming. The duo is expected in court next month to determine the final custody arrangement.

DDG has maintained his innocence thus far and has instead slammed Halle Bailey for being responsible for their rocky co-parenting bond. He accused her of threatening to harm herself, coupled with screenshots he shared of their alleged text exchanges.

Halle Bailey has since responded, asserting that her mental health is being taken care of, and that she's “100 percent available and capable as a parent to our son," per Billboard.
