On August 11, BTS' Taehyung revealed his bedtime routine in his interview with W Korea. The magazine released an eight-minute video with V where he disclosed the items in his bag, and in between this, he also opened up about his late-night thoughts after he gets to bed.
The idol said that while he is waiting for his sleep, random thoughts of a rhino piercing through his heart come to his mind. Therefore, he takes melatonin to avoid such thoughts.
“Try to close my eyes and think of nothing. But then all kind of thoughts pop up… Things like “If my heart were to be pierced by a rhinoceros horn, would I die in a second or would I feel this for about 10 seconds. I take melatonin to avoid thoughts like these,” V said.
