Andy Dick was spotted slumped on a sidewalk as he rambled on with slurry speech this week.

Radar Online has reported that in the video, Dick, 59, can be seen sporting a VIP tag in the now-viral video as he appeared disoriented and confused. He spoke to bystanders with slurred speech as he took a swig from a plastic cup full of what looked like water.

His recent video, taken on the pavement outside the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction of OutKast in Los Angeles, has reignited concerns for his health and sobriety. The comedian's last few years have been marred by legal troubles, including arrests for s*xual assault and possession of drugs.

Andy Dick's legal troubles over the years explored:

Back in January 2023, Andy Dick was arrested and charged with public intoxication and failing to register as a sex offender. At the time, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said in a news release that deputies responded to reports about an "intoxicated subject" who was "possibly under the influence of narcotics."

Upon arrival, they discovered the comedian displaying signs of being inebriated and arrested him. Following a routine check, authorities discovered that he "was a registered sex offender who was not up-to-date on his registration," Entertainment Weekly reported at the time. He was promptly booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center.

In May 2022, he was arrested on suspicion of felony sexual battery after a man claimed he sexually assaulted him. However, those charges were later tossed. He was also arrested a few months later for burglary, when he allegedly tried to steal power tools from a home in Santa Barbara. He pleaded not guilty to these crimes.

In 2019, he pleaded not guilty to another misdemeanor count of sexual battery after he allegedly groped his Lyft driver. The incident allegedly took place in West Hollywood, California, on April 12, 2018, USA Today reported at the time. He was arrested and sued over similar allegations in 2010, though the charges were tossed after he finished a pretrial diversion program.

Back in October 2017, at the height of the #MeToo movement, Andy Dick was fired from his role in the film "Raising Buchanan." At the time, reports of his alleged misconduct and sexual harassment emerged. The Hollywood Reporter reported that he was accused of

"groping people’s genitals, unwanted kissing/licking and sexual propositions of at least four members of the production."

In a statement to the outlet by telephone, Andy Dick said:

"I don't grope people anymore. I don't expose myself anymore. I do understand that the temperature in the world right now is delicate."

In 2008, he was charged with drug possession and sexual battery after he allegedly exposed a teenage girl's torso, and in 2004, he was cuffed and charged with indecent exposure at a McDonald's. In 1999, he drove his vehicle into a utility pole in Hollywood and was later charged with the possession of cocaine and cannabis.
