Lauryn Bosstick, who started The Skinny Confidential and co-hosts The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show, has given birth to her third child with her husband, Michael Bosstick. The pair, who also work together, shared news of their baby boy's arrival on June 12, 2025. Their older kids, Zaza and Townes, have stepped into their new roles with excitement.

Lauryn says Zaza has shown gentleness, while Townes likes being a big brother. The newborn, who was born to a sound frequency of 528Hz, arrived with a full head of hair, adding to the joy in the Bosstick household.

Lauryn announced her pregnancy in January 2025. She found out she was pregnant while listening to Tim Ferriss's podcast and cleaning her closet. She took a pregnancy test and told her kids right away. They helped come up with a fun way to surprise Michael. Zaza drew a card on her Eloise-themed paper, put the test inside, and gave it to their dad. Lauryn mentioned that Michael had always wanted a big family.

Lauryn Bosstick talks often about balancing her roles as a businesswoman and a mother. She explained that motherhood shapes her life, but she likes her brand to focus on bigger lifestyle subjects. She said this choice keeps her kids from being the center of her content, and they show up in what she shares.

"Making my whole identity my kids would not work for for what what I've created. I want it to be more of a well-rounded resource," Lauryn Bosstick said. Her children, she added, "didn't sign up for this."

"My kids are like extras in the movie. You'll see them here and there very sparingly," Lauryn said. "It's very thoughtful. I'm not going to push my kids in front of a camera to get a laundry detergent collaboration."

Lauryn met Michael when they were just 12 years old. They dated as young teens but drifted apart during high school. At 21, they reconnected and began building their lives together.

"We met when we were 12. He was one of my first boyfriends, and we had this crazy chemistry," Lauryn told PEOPLE.

"We've been inseparable ever since," Lauryn said. "It's cheesy to say, but we are best friends. We're also romantic and we're partners. There are a lot of different tentacles to it."

With the arrival of their third child, Lauryn Bosstick and Michael continue to grow their family while managing their careers.
