Tech CEO Andy Byron has come to the forefront of drama after his wife, Megan Kerrigan, reportedly quit Facebook following his cheating scandal.

According to Newsweek, Kerrigan's Facebook page was inundated with a kiss cam video taken at the Coldplay concert in Boston. In it, Byron could be seen with his arm wrapped around Astronomer's HR chief, Kristin Cabot. The band's lead singer, Chris Martin, pointed out to them and gushed, “Oh, look at these two, either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy,” thereby inadvertently exposing their affair.

For the unversed, Megan Kerrigan serves as an educator cum Associate Director of Lower School and the Hope Graham Program Admissions at Bancroft School. She shares two sons with Andy Byron, and they stay in New York. Men's Journal has reported that she has since taken down the name "Byron" from her social media account and has deleted all their family photos.

Here's everything we know about Andy Byron and his colleague Kristin Cabot:

Massachusetts's City Public Records indicate that Andy Byron, 50, reportedly owns a $1.178 million four-bedroom home with Megan Kerrigan, also 50. His net worth is currently unclear, though according to Live Mint, his company, Astronomer, is valued at $1.3 billion.

Speculations online suggest that Kristin is married to a man named Kenneth C. Thornby, though as of this writing, this has yet to be confirmed. However, social media users were quick to point out that her LinkedIn photo shows her sporting a wedding ring.

Live Mint has reported that Cabot joined the company in November 2024. She has been serving as its Chief People Officer since then, and her LinkedIn states that she is a “passionate People leader" and that her role has allowed her to build "trust with employees of all levels."

As for Andy Byron, his LinkedIn states that he has been the CEO of the company since 2023, before which he worked for Lacework, which is a California-based cloud security company. Some of his roles also include "Chief Revenue Officer at Cybereason in Boston, CEO of Fuze, Vice President of Sales at BMC Software, and earlier stints at BladeLogic and VeriCenter."

Astronomer has yet to issue a statement addressing the scandal, and neither Andy Byron nor Cabot has commented on the situation yet. It is also currently unclear if Megan attended the concert, though she has not been spotted in any of the videos circulating online.

At the time of writing, Megan Kerrigan's Instagram has also been taken down, though it is unclear when she did this.
