Justin Jedlica, widely known as the “Human Ken Doll,” isn’t holding back when it comes to the ongoing conversation about plastic surgery in Hollywood.

The TV personality recently had a quick chat with TMZ while heading through the airport, and he had plenty to say about celebrities like Kylie Jenner and Kristin Cavallari finally being candid about their cosmetic enhancements.

“You asked me about people that were… all these celebrities who are coming out with having, like, they’re being honest with their surgeries, finally, and they’re owning the fact that they modified themselves. I’ve been doing that for years. I think it’s silly not to, right?”

Justin Jedlica, who’s long been vocal about his own extensive cosmetic journey, says the honesty is refreshing and overdue.

“Everyone looks up to them, like, sort of putting an unrealistic beauty out to people. So at least it’s being more truthful, and it gives other people an honest way of being able to judge themselves or not judge themselves in such a harsh manner.”

He went on to praise both Jenner and Cavallari for acknowledging their transformations publicly.

“So I think it’s about time. We’ve all known they’ve had surgery, their bodies have changed a lot in shape. The face has changed a ton. Who do they think they’re fooling?”

However, the personality also didn’t shy away from calling out men in the industry who he believes are still keeping their enhancements under wraps — and Zac Efron was at the top of his list.

“A lot of filler, for sure. But then he said he had an accident.”

He went on:

“I don’t think it necessarily demasculinizes someone, but I don’t know if I buy that excuse.”

“Own your truth”: Justin Jedlica leaves message to new generation

Meanwhile, Justin Jedlica also addressed how social media and celebrity beauty standards affect younger generations.

“It’s important if people don’t judge themselves from people doing plastic surgery.”

He continued:

“There’s no reason to not own your truth and to not own your own version of beauty. If you want to change yourself, you have the ability to, then you should. If you don’t want to, then it’s not for everybody.”

He further shared that he’s always looked at his cosmetic modifications as creative expression — “tattoos” and “customization” — adding that people have been altering images through photoshop.

Finally, when asked about how many procedures the personality had, Justin Jedlica remains unapologetically open about his cosmetic journey.

“I’ve had well over a thousand cosmetic procedures. I have 23 implants in right now.”

While he’s not actively planning any more tweaks, Justin Jedlica doesn’t rule out future enhancements.

“I’ll never say never. There’s always more to be done.”
