“I had never seen him with a weapon": Capricorn Clark recalls how P. Diddy showed up at her house furious with a gun to k*ll Kid Cudi

Capricorn Clark, who used to be Sean "Diddy" Combs's assistant, gave shocking testimony at the rapper's current federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in New York.

After finding out that Cudi was dating Cassie Ventura, Combs reportedly told Clark that she had to go with him to confront and "kill" Cudi. Clark had never seen Combs come into her apartment with a gun before this.

This unexpected meeting started in late 2011 when Combs found out that his ex-girlfriend, Ventura, was seeing Kid Cudi. It was reported that the end of threats and pressure that began with Combs' jealousy was a forced "break-in" at Cudi's Los Angeles home. Cudi and Ventura had previously spoken about how harsh Combs's tactics were in court. There were a lot of death threats and an assault on Cudi's Porsche with a Molotov cocktail.

Capricorn Clark gave her testimony on May 27, 2025, and spoke about her own experiences. Combs came to her South Bay house in December 2011 without an invitation and carrying a gun, according to her evidence. Clark says that:

“He entered my house and asked why I hadn’t told him about Scott. Then he told me, ‘Get dressed, we’re going to go kill him,’ while still holding the gun. I had never seen him with a weapon, I had never seen him making me do something like this.”

Kid Cudi alleged earlier that Clark contacted him in a panic just before Combs broke into his house. The prosecution claims that Clark's testimony supports Cudi's claim. The prosecution's key argument is that these occurrences show that Combs used threats, violence, and terror to keep the claimed victims under his control.

The defense has downplayed the importance of these incidents, saying that they were merely arguments fueled by jealousy and that everyone involved chose to participate. They also said that Capricorn Clark's recollections were blurred by time and fear. The prosecution depicted Combs as a cruel person who used terror to get others to do what he wanted. The dramatic parts of Clark's account, such as when she said she pointed a pistol at a long-term employee, back up this picture.

Capricorn Clark worked for Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment and related projects from 2004 to 2012. During that time, she wrote down several violent fights and threats, not including the Kid Cudi incident. There was a violent kidnapping on the East River, followed by manipulation that included lie detector tests and the suspected throwing away of a lost item of jewelry.

Witnesses say that following an argument at Ventura's Los Angeles home in December 2011, Combs "immediately began kicking her" at 100% full force." Clark's extensive evidence backs up the notion that Combs's conduct went beyond private disagreements and into the realm of crime. It also shows the personal dangers that Combs's close friends experienced.

Capricorn Clark's account of how Combs came to her home with a gun and demanded that Kid Cudi be murdered is one of the most frightening things that has come out of the trial so far. Her testimony backs up what other witnesses have said and the prosecution's claim that Sean "Diddy" Combs utilized threats and violence to preserve control.
