On May 16, Diddy's defense team presented evidence of Cassie Ventura allegedly threatening to slay a man over a freak-off video.
In parts of the audio circulating online, the R&B singer can allegedly be heard threatening to kill a male escort if he fails to show her one of the freak off videos immediately. In one such audio clip, shared by The Neighborhood Talk on Instagram,
"I have to see it and it's my f*cking life so I'll kill you," she says. "I will kill you if you don't show me right now. I will kill you and I will hide you and I will cut you up and I will put you in the f*cking dirt right now."
Diddy's federal sex trafficking trial rages on. As reported by Court TV, the disgraced business mogul has pleaded not guilty to:
"one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution,".
The trial is currently in its 27th day, and testimonies are expected to resume on Friday, June 20. The audio in question was reportedly presented in court on May 16, though it was recently made public.
Cassie Ventura doubled down on her threats of violence against him in the same audio clip shared on Instagram, adding,
"It's not going to be my hands, and it's not going to be blood on my hands. You understand? Someone else is gonna do it, so you have to f*cking tell me, right now. And I'm recording this whole sh*t, FYI. Tell me what the f*ck you're talking about, because this sh*t is not cool."
She also urges him, as someone she considers a brother, to tell her what he saw. Cassie Ventura can also be heard saying,
"Pull it up. If you have it, pull that sh*t up, 'Cause if not, I'm gonna f*cking kill you, so just do it." She goes on, "I'm going to kill you, you don't understand. I don't give a f*ck, I've never killed anybody in my life, but I will kill you because you're f*cking with me and my life right now." She added, "If I saw a video of you doing anything that you didn't want people to see, I would show you the video so you could tell me what the f*ck happened. You're playing games with me, telling me you saw something, now you say you didn't see something. You're f*cking with me."
The latest developments in Diddy's federal sex trafficking trial explored: Cassie's text exchanges with male escorts and more
On June 16, according to USA Today, the jurors saw texts from Diddy's former partner and a woman who testified under the pseudonym Jane to the mogul's former chief of staff, Kristina "KK" Khorram. In one text, Ventura tells the woman Diddy has previously referred to as his "right hand":
"No one deserves to be dragged by their hair." In another text, she said "I can't do the violent, scary, kick-me-out-my-own-house thing anymore."
In other texts and communications, Ventura, who is now married to Alex Fine, can be seen planning and coordinating the freak off parties, infamous for their alleged high-octane, drug-fueled energy.
Per the outlet, one text exchange sees her arrange a meeting with a male escort named Vin, while another was with someone named Santiago about a meeting at 3 a.m. at the L’Ermitage hotel in Beverly Hills. The latter also asked Cassie about what he should wear and whether he should bring baby oil.
In yet another text exchange between Diddy's then-partner and a man named Dave, the latter texted Cassie to inform her that he had reached the meeting point at around 1:30 or 1:45 a.m. About six hours later, he texted her, "Thanks lol."
As of this writing, it remains unclear what footage Cassie Ventura was speaking about, though she has testified in court repeatedly that she was made to engage in freak offs against her will, and that several of these encounters were recorded and later used as blackmail against her by Diddy.
