Sabrina Carpenter is dropping jaws at the 2025 Met Gala.

Sabrina Carpenter graced the MET carpet for the 2025 gala with the theme, 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style', with the dress code being "Tailored for you". The Pop IT girl was dressed in all brown, or dare we say "Espresso brown". Carpenter was wearing a pantsless ensemble by Pharrell for Louis Vuitton, comprising a brown figure-hugging bodysuit, a cropped fitted blazer featuring white lapels with a silver chain and two long trains from each hip. She finished her look with her signature sky-high brown pumps, silver rings, and espresso brown glam.

When asked about the look on the carpet, the singer said,

"I'm such a massive fan of Pharrell's and had been to the show and was just like, 'If I could go this year with him that would be my dream,' and it came true," she further added, "He was like, 'You’re short so no pants for you!' So here we are."

She also talked about her Mary Jane style pumps,

"super high shoes—that's like a staple for me in my life."

Earlier, the starlet arrived in New York, ahead of the gala, in a sparkly seafoam custom Versace dress for the Moda Operandi pre-Met Gala cocktail party at The Twenty Two Hotel. She accessorised the look in a matching seafoam bowling shoulder bag from Versace’s La Vacanza collection, and Christian Louboutin Loubi Queen Alta Nude Ankle Strap Sandal Heels.

Sabrina Carpenter had recently collaborated with the brand, and in a statement, she said,

“I have always felt empowered when wearing Versace. That is what Versace means to me; amazing clothes which empower individuals to express themself in so many different ways. This La Vacanza collection is exactly that and feels so free and exciting to wear."

Internet reacts to Sabrina Carpenter's glamorous look

Sabrina Carpenter brought her personal touch of glam to the bold theme, and fans were here for it.

One fan gushed, "How can a person possibly be this gorgeous"
Another expressed, "it’s giving classy business woman okay!"
One fan also stated," It's giving espresso and im so here for it"
While another user joked, "Mommy? Sorry. Mommy? Sorry. Mommy?"
Jumping on the humorous tea ,one fan commented, "Body so tea the British are coming"

The theme was defined by MET curator Andrew Bolton as,

"Superfine: Tailoring Black Style is our department’s first exhibition devoted to menswear in more than 20 years. The show also reflects our ongoing commitment to diversifying our exhibitions in a way that is authentic to The Costume Institute. What makes it possible to translate Monica’s book, Slaves to Fashion, into an exhibition is our collection of high-style menswear, which serves as a foundation for imagining and realising this important sartorial history."
