Vice President JD Vance fired shots at inflluencer Harry Sisson after the latter took to X to question an AI-generated video shared by President Trump.
After Trump shared a fabricated clip of himself flying a fighter jet and dropping a deuce on Sisson and the other "No Kings" protesters, Sisson reacted with a question on X:
"Can a reporter please ask Trump why he posted an AI video of himself dropping poop on me from a fighter jet? That would be great thanks." In another tweet, he wrote: “That plane wouldn’t have made it off the ground with your fat — in the pilot’s seat."
The tweet caught the Vice President's attention, who promptly responded with:
"I’ll ask him for you Harry."
However, Harry Sisson shot back within no time:
"Just add me to the Signal chat I’ll ask him myself"
The drama involving President Trump, Harry Sisson, and JD Vance explored:
In the 19-second video in question, the president helming a fighter jet dubbed "King Trump" as he soars over New York City. With “Danger Zone,” the legendary theme song of Top Gun” blaring over the clip, the plane dropped heaps of sewage onto the demonstrators, one of which closely resembled Harry Sisson.
The New York Post has reported that the AI-generated video used real clips of Harry Sisson, a 23-year-old Irish TikToker and liberal political commentator, from a “No Kings” rally.
As of this writing, apart from JD Vance, no one from the White House has commented on the video. The president posted it hours after the "No Kings" movement reportedly saw over seven million people gather together in over 2,700 rallies nationwide.
The New York Post has further reported that the rallies come on the heels of similar events held in June, when the US Army celebrated its 250th anniversary with a parade in Washington, D.C.
As for JD Vance, he followed in the president's suit when he also took to BlueSky on Saturday to share an AI-generated video of the latter, donning a crown on his head and transforming into a king. Trump then puts on a robe and pulls out a sword as Dem pols, including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, knelt before him.
The president has also been resorting to AI-generated memes to take shots at several of his adversaries in recent weeks, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY).
