The drama in the streaming world erupted between Ac7ionMan and N3on when an alleged photoshopped mugshot of Ac7ionMan appeared online and went viral across many social media platforms. The alleged photoshopped image depicted Ac7ionMan, whose real name is Aaron Travis, in a false and negative light.
According to reports, this altered photograph was created or circulated by N3on's online community, escalating claims that N3on either approved of or ignored the disparaging content his supporters posted.
The mugshot took no time to go viral as DramaAlert and other well-known commentary channels added their commentary on it, which only further escalated the issue.
Ac7ionMan's response to N3on: "I am suing you neon."
Ac7ionMan addressed N3on and his community in a direct and public response on X after spotting the phoney mugshot went viral. He took to X, to express his outrage:
"Hey @N3onOnYT. You’re going to let people photo shop and defame in your com you won’t like how this ends for you. A simple search of my name Aaron Travis shows the real charges."
He continued:
"This is the photo shop of my arrest, your losers are adding foul shit and I’m already in contact with lawyers. The one to the left is photo shopped, the one on the right is real."
He uploaded a side-by-side comparison of the two pictures, one purportedly representing the real mugshot and the other the photoshopped one. He emphasised that the photoshopped image had been purposefully altered to damage his reputation and mislead others about his past.
He concluded:
I’m on the phone with high powered lawyers right now just letting you know I have plenty of money to sue you and everyone involved in this if you’re going to allow people to do this.
Ac7ionMan also posted a screenshot of an individual named "Rafik" admitting that he was involved in the creation of his photoshopped image, with the caption:
"Neon and his com are in so much trouble."
A few days back, on 13 October 2025, he had reposted Kickclips's post and tweeted about N3on's viewbots:
"The man himself said it. Today asmongold joined the battle field on calling out the biggest cheater in streaming history. Nobody over a few thousand viewers has a 100% accurate viewer count."
He continued:
"Neon is botting over 35-40k a stream depending on the day.@twitch. You guys shadow ban the small streamers but let him do this every day so blatantly."
He concluded:
"If you are a streamer on twitch you should like comment and repost this so they can do somthing about. He’s taking money out of your mouth you should be OUTRAGED."
As of now, Ac7ionMan's legal team has not yet submitted any formal court filings; his threats of lawsuit in public indicate that he is getting ready to pursue the issue. Everyone will be watching their streams closely as they wait for their next actions.
