Is IShowSpeed buying a pro soccer team with MrBeast? Here's what the viral streamer reportedly declared 

Renowned American online streamer Darren Jason Watkins Jr., commonly known as IShowSpeed or Speed, wishes to purchase an MLS (Major League Soccer) soccer team alongside prominent billionaire YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, according to Dexerto. However, no specific timeline has been announced yet, but it could happen quite soon.

While he is widely known for his frequent participation in charity football matches, IShowSpeed has been the captain of the YouTube All-Stars in the Sidemen Charity Match and also played in the Baller League. This football lover showed interest in having stakes in MLS. Although not a feat he will achieve soon, IShowSpeed believes there is a possibility of buying a pro soccer team in the MLS along with MrBeast in the future.

According to Dexerto, IShowSpeed, who attended the MLS All-Star weekend that took place in Texas, was faced with the question regarding investing in an MLS team alongside any of his creator friends; without a second thought, he named MrBeast. Speed told Front Office Sports:

"MrBeast! Me and MrBeast can invest in one of these MLS teams in 50 years from now."

Speed instantly changed the timeline he mentioned and added:

"No, not even 50 years from now, 20 years from now! We would be pretty set."

IShowSpeed has always been a dedicated soccer fan

The 20-year-old online streamer and YouTuber, IShowSpeed, who, as per certain reports, became a millionaire at the age of 16, has always been a soccer or football enthusiast and a dedicated fan of legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.

While his career began with streaming video games, a large chunk of his content revolved around football. Not to mention, as he played FIFA/EA Sports FC for quite some time, he was connected with professional soccer players on his stream.

There is no doubt about the fact that Speed is a dedicated football enthusiast, but so is MrBeast. Both creators share the same passion and admiration for the sport. Not to mention, MrBeast has also collaborated with Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar in his videos. MrBeast, like Speed, has also participated in some of the Sidemen Charity matches.

As per Dexerto, MrBeast is working hard to raise hundreds of millions of dollars for his huge business empire that he built from scratch. However, he just might help make IShowSpeed's dream of owning an MLS team come true. Having said that, it is true that at the moment, they might not have the financial resources to own a European club, but MLS teams are also immensely expensive. As per Forbes, the Los Angeles FC is valued at $1.25 billion.
