Singer and content creator Jourdin Pauline shared an Instagram story on December 12, writing that she has sought legal action against the streamer who allegedly assaulted her at the 2025 Streamer Awards. Her post read:

“I want to reiterate my experience with s*xual assault and emphasize how crucial it is for survivors to share their stories and support one another. Justice must be served, and I want to be clear that I do not condone false accusations against men, just as I do not condone any form of s*xual assault.”

Jourdin Pauline went on to say:

“Everyone has their own perspective, and while some may claim innocence, it's important to acknowledge the gravity of the situation. I will be going live to bring closure to this matter, as legal action is underway. Thank you to everyone for their kind words, and for those who have said hurtful things, you are part of the problem, and this is why women and others are unsafe today.”

Jourdin Pauline said that she had prayed for the safety of women, children, and men, believing that no one was safe from such painful situations. She also hoped that everyone would find peace and love in their lives and sent blessings to all.

Jourdin Pauline said she did not need anybody’s “clout”

In her post, Jourdin Pauline mentioned that she would not make videos of herself crying. She considered herself happy and was motivated to spread happiness, something that her Twitch journey has been about. Despite everything, she said she would not bring down another person to elevate herself. She wrote:

“I never needed that, and I never needed anyone's clout; I've built everything from the ground up. But, since I've dealt with so much trauma, including the loss of my sister, it's unsettling for me to stay quiet and protect everyone but myself.”

In a subsequent Instagram story, Pauline clarified that she would still go live, saying:

“I want to let everyone know that I will be going live and continuing to post because I cannot stop everything I've built. I still have obligations to the brands I'm working with, and I would truly appreciate respect and grace during this time.”

Jourdin Pauline said that she believed she was allowed to feel confident, happy, and attractive. She explained that she was a forgiving person and planned to move forward with her life once the issue was settled. She made it clear that she would not stop doing what she needed to do and asked anyone who did not support her to leave her page. She also said:

“I'm only welcoming empathetic and kind followers. The journey will continue, and the ship will not stop for negativity. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me, and I'll be going live to connect with you all very soon. Love you guys, and bye for now.”
