Rapper Kanye West could soon find himself in a sea of trouble after new charges from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, have come into light. These new claims were added in an amended complaint recently and include charges of s*xual misconduct, battery, s*x trafficking, stalking, and false imprisonment.

The legal problems of Kanye West are associated with the professional relations with Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for him from 2021 to 2023. The new allegations have put the severity of possible legal implications many notches higher as the case brought against Pisciotta initially concerned s*xual harassment and wrongful termination.

What do the legal documents presented against Kanye West say?

The new charges against Kanye West detail several incidents that allegedly took place during Pisciotta's employment with the rapper and paint a disturbing image of the rapper. These charges include multiple allegations of unwanted touching and s*xual advances, professional exploitation, forced entry & and physical assault (during the Donda tour), and even a post-employment throat-grabbing incident.

One particularly concerning incident allegedly took place during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, where Pisciotta claims she was drugged through a prepared drink, resulting in disorientation and memory loss. There’s also a hotel room incident where she claims West forced entry into her room, physically assaulted her, and attempted coercion.

As per TMZ, the legal documents presented against West state the following:

"Ye subjected Ms. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch Ye perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused. On one occasion, Ye attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers. On another occasion, he orally raped her without her consent. Both assaults occurred during the course of Ms. Pisciotta’s employment"

At the time of reporting, Kanye West's legal team has yet to respond to the accusations put forth against their client. The case remains in civil court with both sides preparing for what could be a lengthy legal battle.
