Kanye West's alleged harassment suit, filed by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, is still gaining traction, creating a lot of controversy and backlash for the rapper, especially as it was amended by her.

According to a Yeezy's representative, Milo Yiannopoulos:

"Lauren Pisciotta's amended complaint is the fourth version she has advanced. Each new revision contradicts the others. Each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined. Does Ms. Pisciotta actually believe her confabulations? We cannot know. But this breathless new installment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony."

His team further added:

"The Courts are no place to indulge delusions and mental disturbances. We stand ready to annihilate Ms. Pisciotta's tall tales before a jury – an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming. [...] [S]he picked the one rapper who loathes violence, has never been arrested, and doesn't even own a gun. An extortionist of Ms. Pisciotta's vaulting ambition ought to choose her victims more wisely."

Kanye West lawsuit

Ye was first served with a lawsuit by his former assistant in 2024. She later filed a second amended complaint in her lawsuit against the rapper which now adds to the accusations assault, battery, sex trafficking, stalking, and false imprisonment, among other allegations.

The latest filing states:

"Ye subjected Ms. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch Ye perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused."

The accusations describe instances where Ye has abused her, including allegedly attempting to "vaginally penetrate her with his fingers," or when "he orally raped her without her consent," and even the time during a business trip in San Francisco at a hotel in the area, when West allegedly kissed her and asked what her vagina was like. Kanye West also allegedly tried multiple times to coerce her into sexual acts, offering career advancement in exchange.

Up until now, Lauren has amended her filing about 4 times, showing inconsistencies as pointed out by Ye's legal defence. She also had left for Florida to "escape" the abuse, but also alleged that the "swatting" and other actions contributed to further harassment towards her.
