Kanye West's former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has filed a second amended complaint in her lawsuit against the rapper. Pisciotta, who worked for the rapper from 2021 to 2023, initially accused him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination. The amended filing, which was first reported by TMZ, now adds to the accusations assault, battery, sex trafficking, stalking, and false imprisonment, among other allegations.

The latest filing states, "Ye subjected Ms. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch Ye perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused."

The accusations come with harrowing details of the escalating abuse Lauren went through, describing instances where he allegedly attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers," while on another, "he orally raped her without her consent."

He also allegedly "offered someone the opportunity to have sex with" and multiple times tried to coerce her into sexual acts, offering career advancement in exchange.

Lauren's first lawsuit against Kanye West

Kanye West was first served with a lawsuit by his former assistant in 2024 for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract before amending the suit later in the year. Her earlier filing states that she was drugged and sexually assaulted during a studio session that was co-hosted with Diddy.

According to her latest filing, Pisciotta was harassed and bombarded by emergency services to "SWAT" her under false pretenses after she filed her original complaint.

"Within approximately one week of filing her original summons and complaint in this action, Ms. Pisciotta was bombarded with unwanted, harassing, and alarming visits from law enforcement and government agencies who claimed to be investigating various reports, such as child abuse, and searched her home and personal effects," the filing states.

Someone from Kanye West's legal team previously told Rolling Stone that Pisciotta was,

"terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct," and was using these allegations to extort and blackmail.
