BTS' Jimin won fans' hearts with his donations of around 100 million won to students in North Jeolla Province. The news of his latest donations came out after he supported the cause in Busan, South Jeolla Province, and Gangwon Province.
As per latest reports, BTS' Jimin has been discreetly doing his philanthropic activities through his father. The WHO singer has engaged in “silent good deeds” by focusing on educational offices nationwide for several years.
According to the North Jeolla Province Office of Education, Jimin’s father contacted the acting superintendent’s office in July to communicate his son’s desire to donate. Following this, around 100 million won was transferred to the Love Scholarship Foundation’s account.
At the donor’s request, the donation was made without a formal ceremony or event. The provincial office intends to utilize the donation to support the academic pursuits of low-income students in the area.

Since 2019, beginning with the Busan Office of Education, the Like Crazy vocalist has donated 100 million won each to the educational offices in South Jeolla Province, Gangwon Province, North Chungcheong Province, and South Gyeongsang Province.
These offices have used these funds for various educational support initiatives, including scholarships for low-income students, school development funds, and book donations.
In addition to Jimin, other members of BTS also give donations to different causes. Most recently, SUGA garnered attention for his 5 billion won donation to Severance Hospital. He gave these funds to support a specialized facility for those suffering from ASD.
