“Ngl this is insane”: Fans react as Kai Cenat announces Mafiathon 3 after Fortnite skin reveal

Kai Cenat on August 18, along with Fortnite, illuminated the Sphere in Las Vegas with a two-minute video showcasing his brand-new skin bundle in a livestream. During the event, Kai also confirmed Mafiathon 3. Cenat can be heard saying,

"The next time you see me stream is the first day of Mafiathon 3. See y'all soon."

After the big announcement, Cenat said,

"I've put my everything into this right here."

Netizens were quick to react to both the Mafiathon 3 announcement and Cenat's Fortnite Skin Bundle announcement. While commenting on Fearbuck's X post of the reveal, netizens expressed their excitement.

Kai Cenat on Mafiathon 3 announcement

Kai Cenat's signature subathon series, in which he live streams continuously for 30 days and features celebrity guest appearances, will be making a comeback. Cenat's Mafiathon 2 began in December 2024 and led to him surpassing 600,000 Twitch subscribers. While speaking to the New Yorker about Mafiathon 3, Cenat said,

"It's been a long, long time coming! Mafiathon 3 will be the next stream that you will be seeing me in. The reason why I've been gone for so long... the reason why I've been gone for long is because Mafiathon 3 is the one that you guys will see. Mafiathon 3 is the one. I couldn't wait to tell y'all this. I couldn't wait for chat. I'm not going to lie - I really appreciate y'all. I got to see y'all reaction, bro. Look at the Sphere, y'all! Chat, look at the Sphere! That is insane. That is insane!"

Additionally, Cenat's Fortnite skin release was also announced on the Sphere on August 18. The skin will be released on September 12th. The cost of the skin or bundle is yet to be revealed. As per the reveal video, various items are anticipated to be included in the Kai Cenat skin bundle, including the Kai Cenat skin, Back Bling, Pickaxe, and Special Emote.

A Mercedes AMG was also seen driving around the sphere, but it is yet to be confirmed if it'll be a vehicle cosmetic, decal, or part of an exclusive emote.
