Fans were left unimpressed by Bad Bunny's outfit at the 2025 Met Gala.

Bad Bunny was spotted all dapper and dandy at the MET steps in a cropped suit set and showcasing his Puerto Rican roots. The singer, who was actually one of the co-chairs of the 2024 MET gala, was wearing a chocolate brown Prada suit with a cropped jacket. Along with that, he showed off his roots with a matching pava (straw) hat emblematic of the jíbaro (a Puerto Rican from the countryside). This is also an ode to his album Debí Tirar Más Fotos, where he also wore the traditional pava hat. He completed the look with a brooch, oval glassesgold studded gloves, and a statement tan and yellow bag.

While being interviewed, he told Vogue,

“We worked on this look for a couple months. Some pieces are inspired in the Puerto Rican culture, like the sombrero and the tie because it’s the same fabric. We did something special. I feel good. I hope people think I’m looking good.”

Fans express how they feel about Bad Bunny's look

Fans, however, were not as impressed by the singer, who usually nails a red carpet look 10 out of 20, and they were not afraid to voice their critiques.

One user stated, "what are his thoughts behind his outfits they always give nothing"
While another expressed, "At this point, just zip him up in that bag and go."
A user also pointed out, "He wears the same glasses every year……."
While one exclaimed, "a mess as usual"

However, some fans also came to his defence and talked about his unique fashion perspective.

One fan commented, "He always brings something cool and different!!
Another showed agreement, "best dressed man, iktr"

Bad Bunny is set to kick off his 23-date global stadium tour in November in the Dominican Republic. This will also mark his first time performing in Australia, Brazil, and Japan.
