Paul Wesley is engaged! "Vampire Diaries" star pops the question to model Natalie Kuckenburg

Paul Wesley is officially off the market. The Vampire Diaries alum, 42, is engaged to 25-year-old model Natalie Kuckenburg.

Natalie Kuckenburg revealed the news via Instagram on Saturday, July 19, with a close-up black-and-white photo of her and Paul Wesley holding hands, her oval-cut engagement ring front and center. She simply captioned the shot:

“Yes. Always and forever.”

Paul Wesley later reposted the moment to his Instagram Stories, where the couple appeared smiling and cozy, the new sparkler once again on display.

The engagement news comes days after the pair shared sun-soaked vacation snapshots from Italy.

Paul Wesley posted a carousel of photos on July 16 from their time in Tuscany, calling it:

“A beautiful time.”

Natalie Kuckenburg echoed the sentiment in the comments, writing:

“The best time!!”

Just a day later, the couple were seen kissing along the Amalfi Coast.

The couple was first linked in late 2022, after being spotted together on a romantic dinner date in Nerano, Italy. Since then, their Instagram feeds have included affectionate tributes and PDA-filled posts.

In a March 2024 interview with PEOPLE, Paul Wesley reflected on their relationship dynamic, noting that humor plays a major role in their bond:

“There’s two people that are the funniest people in my life — Number one, my dog, and number two, frankly, my girlfriend.”

He went on:

“I think the reason we get along so well is because all we do is laugh, and I think it's probably one of the most important things in a relationship.”
