Two-time Oscar-winning actor Robert De Niro has made his views about the Trump administration very clear.

Robert De Niro has made it clear how he truly feels about the Trump administration and how he won't stay quiet about it either. The legendary actor has always been vocal about his views on the policies as well as the government run by President Donald Trump.
Robert De Niro has always been one of Trump's biggest critics throughout the latter's political career. This time as well, De Niro was vocal about the proceedings of the government on the first night of this year’s Cannes Film Festival, during his acceptance speech.
Later, during an interview with The Guardian, he again took shots at the President,
“We have to stop what’s going on, it’s insane. We can’t have apathy and silence. You have to speak up and risk being harassed,” he further added calling him a "bully", “You always think about it, of course. But I’m too old for all that. The man is a bully and you can’t let bullies win. If a bully comes for your lunch money on Monday, he’s going to ask for more on Tuesday. You have to stand up. And I wouldn’t want to look at myself if I didn’t."

In the same interview, Robert De Niro also talked about the rest of Trump's team members,
"I look at people like Rubio [Trump’s secretary of state]. I see him sitting by when they [Trump and JD Vance] beat up Zelenskyy [the Ukrainian prime minister], after all the times that he has defended Ukraine in the past. And I think, what the hell does he tell his kids about that?”
“It won’t be forgotten. Historically, this will not be forgotten.”
Calling the current president of the US a "Philistine", he exclaimed, "This is unacceptable. All of these attacks are unacceptable. And this isn’t just an American problem, it’s a global one. Like a film, we can’t just all sit back and watch. We have to act, and we have to act now.”
This is not the first time the Taxi Driver actor has been vocal about his feelings regarding Trump, as before the election, Robert De Niro was asked about Trump's campaign, to which he retorted,
“Do you really worry that if he were to win again… that he would not give up power? You know he won’t. He even said it. He’s never going to give it up. And anybody who deludes themselves into thinking that he is, shame on you. No. I never wanted anything to do with him,” he added. “He’s a jerk, an idiot, who wants to meet a clown like that?”
