Professional Boxer Ryan Garcia was spotted crying in the car after suffering a devastating unanimous decision loss to Rolando 'Rolly' Romero. The viral footage shows Ryan in a black SUV moments after the fight, which took place in Times Square, New York. The sportsman was crying in a heartfelt moment after his second career defeat.

Ryan was expected to dominate Romero and was definitely a favourite for the night as he was paving the way for a blockbuster rematch with Devin Haney later this year.

He later released a statement on X about his night,

First want to Thank God for everything in every situation, I couldn’t do it tonight, I’m devastated and really sad that I fought the way I did. I just didn’t have it tonight felt off. I fought a lot to get here, as you know what I went thru last year was something a lot of people don’t come back from So I can see a victory for me in that. Congratulations to Rollies, Hell of a dude and great hearted person wish you nothing but the best.
I love you all and thank you for everything.

And another shared the sentiment, "I don't even care for him or his personality, but this is pure passion and I respect the hell out of that"
While one user talked about his underwhelming performance, "I understand Conor Benn being upset he lost his fight. But the only person Ryan put to sleep was the fans, he was down on the scorecards in a boring ass fight and didn’t even try land a big shot to hurt Rolly and now he’s crying over it?"

Ryan Garcia had been sidelined for a year following a drug suspension in 2024. He had tested positive for the banned substance Ostarine. Fans noted, he has lost his sparkle and doesn't seem like the man he was before.
