According to the New York Post, the incident, which took place last week on Saturday, November 22, involved an unidentified man posing as a delivery worker, who forced his way into the home of Altman's alleged ex-boyfriend, Lachy Groom, and then forced another resident living there to give up his cryptocurrency.According to Business Insider, Sam Altman and Jony Ive were recently seen attending the Ninth Annual Demo Day event organized by Emerson Collective. Sam Altman explained that their latest invention, the details of which have not been released, will be available in the next two years. And then, finally, we got there all of a sudden. According to the New York Post, the incident that took place on Saturday evening did not involve Sam Altman's alleged ex-boyfriend, but his roommate, who is identified only as Joshua.In the clip shared on social media, Joshua is seen answering the door for a masked delivery agent who claimed to work for an UPS affiliate service. The entire interaction, captured by the doorbell camera, shows the masked man carrying a small white box, pretending to be carrying a package to deliver.Following this, the man asks Joshua to sign to receive his package. The victim then goes inside to get a pen after the alleged delivery agent pretends not to have one. This is when Joshua is allegedly attacked by the man off-camera, during which a loud sound is heard.According to the New York Post, the man then tied up Joshua after attacking him with a gun, following which he allegedly not just transferred $11 million worth of cryptocurrency from Joshua's accounts, but also stole his laptop and phone.
