Sophie Rain has shocked netizens with her staggering $1 million donation to MrBeast's philanthropic ventures.

As seen in videos circulating on X, the YouTuber, who is currently rallying to raise $40 million by the end of the month for Team Water, called up Sophie Rain, an On*yF*ns model, asking her to support the cause. Team Water is an initiative that aims to increase access to water for the next decade for over 2 million people.

In the video, Sophie Rain happily agrees to donate, remarking that she wanted to do it beforehand but just "didn't know how to." Fans have since begun reacting with amusement and appreciation, such as this one user who penned on X:

"Even though she is a OF girl, she did a good deed with this right here"

The comments didn't end there:

"A whole 1 weeks pay!" one snarky user spewed.
"She wants to write off $1m worth of tax," another claimed.
"What is this to her when she makes like $5 mil a month," someone else pointed out.
"Tax write off….not impressed," yet another noted.

"I seriously don’t understand why we give these fake *ss mf’s attention. Everyone knows they’re writing this sh*t off on their taxes at the end of the year. She wants to be in the “club”," yet another user chimed in.

Users were visibly divided over the ordeal, with some even slamming the donation as "blood money." Others, however, pointed out that the money is for a good cause and that it shouldn't matter where it's from.

MrBeast is collaborating with a NASA engineer cum fellow YouTuber, Mark Rober, for his initiative. All funds raised will go towards WaterAid, a nonprofit organization. The deadline is August 31.

As for the video of Sophie Rain donating the money, it was caught during a livestream with Adin Ross, MrBeast, & xQc in the frame while the former speaks to the model. He pointed out that she's making more money than LeBron James before asking her if she'd consider donating.

"I would love to. I've been wanting to donate, I just didn't know how to, so I'm glad you called me, because I wanna donate a million dollars." She continued, "But, I'm just not sure how to, just because it's so much, and I just wanted to know if my team could get in touch with your team."

MrBeast, visibly shocked and excited, asked her if she was sure about the move, to which she said:

"Yes, I'm 100% sure. This is an awesome cause, I appreciate everything you do, and you're an amazing person, and I just wanna support this because it's so awesome."

For the unversed, Sophie Rain is a 20-year-old social media influencer, model, and On*yF*ns creator. She grew up in Miami and loved dance, cheerleading, and drama growing up. She currently has well over 11 million followers on TikTok alone.
