Streamers Stable Ronaldo and Adin Ross have recently announced plans to travel to Connecticut for an overnight stay at the Annabelle haunted house.

According to a video shared by @scubarayan_ on X, Ross announced in a livestream that he and the Kick streamer along with “a couple of people” will be spending the night at the haunted house on January 5 next year. He said in the clip that they will be doing an IRL stream.

The house and the museum of Ed and Lorraine Warren have been purchased by comedian Matt Rife and YouTuber Elton Castee, who now offer exclusive overnight experiences with access to the collection, including Annabelle. The home was previously owned by Judy Spera, daughter of the Warrens, and her husband, Tony Spera. The Warrens bought the house in the 1970s.

For how much did Matt Rife and Elton Castee purchase haunted Annabelle house?

Comedian Matt Rife and TikTok ghost hunter Elton Castee purchased the Ed and Lorraine Warren house and occult museum in Connecticut, which houses the Annabelle doll, for around one million dollars. They announced the news via a TikTok video in August 2025.

Taking to his Instagram account, Rife shared the news and wrote:

“I have officially purchased Ed and Lorraine Warren’s home and Occult Museum, including being the legal guardian for at least the next 5 years, of the entire haunted collection including THE ANNABELLE DOLL, with my good friend [tagged Elton Castee].”

Paying tribute to Ed and Lorraine Warren for being at the “heart of some of the most famous haunted stories of all time, The Conjuring House, Amityville Horror, et…” he elaborated on his plans to open the house for overnight stays and museum tours.

The announcement came after its previous guardian, Dan Rivera, died a month before their purchase, reportedly due to natural causes. Following the purchase, Rife’s team clarified they do not own the artifacts outright, including the allegedly haunted doll and the rest of the 750-plus items in the collection.

Instead, as per the agreement signed with Judy and Tony Spera, they are the appointed legal guardians and caretakers of the haunted house for the next five years.

In a statement to Today, New England Society for Psychic Research director Tony Spera said:

“All of the artifacts, including the infamous Annabelle doll, are owned by Judy and myself. We have no plans to ever ‘sell’ the artifacts.”

Annabelle is a famous, allegedly haunted Raggedy Ann doll, which was claimed by paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren to be possessed by a demonic entity after it exhibited strange behaviour with its original owners in the 1970s.

Rife is a stand-up comedian, actor, and social media personality who gained prominence on TikTok. He became a recurring cast member on MTV's improv comedy show Wild 'N Out. He also appeared in series such as Bring the Funny and in various films and TV shows like Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Fresh Off the Boat.

Castee is a popular YouTuber and content creator known for adventurous, paranormal, and challenge-based videos. He has frequently collaborated with Rife on YouTube projects.
