“The selling power”: Internet reacts as BTS' Jungkook’s NEEDLES track jacket sells out online following his Weverse livestream

BTS' Jungkook recently got fans buzzing with his Weverse live. On July 14, 2025, BTS idol did a livestream for his fans, during which, he sported a navy color Poly Smooth Track Jacket from the brand NEEDLES, which was originally priced at around $355. He also wore a Calvin Klein CK logo Tokyo cap with his jacket.

As already seen in the past, once again the NEEDLES track jacket became sold out across online sites soon after Jungkook’s livestream. Fans of the SEVEN singer were amazed seeing his impact that sold out the jacket online. Therefore, fans overflowed the social media with their admiration for the K-pop idol. One of them on X stated:

“The selling power he holds is literally absolutely crazy!”

Several other fans expressed their reactions on X after witnessing their favorite idol’s impact. While most of them labeled him as the sold out king, others said BTS' Jungkook’s power is insane.

After surprising his followers with his unexpected livestream, BTS' Jungkook delighted them with a new Instagram account on July 15, 2025. This happened while RM and Taehyung were sitting on a livestream, and Jk joined them with his new account.

As soon as fans realized it was BTS' Jungkook’s new account, @mnijungkook, the followers of his account increased drastically. During the stream, the 3D idol also revealed the meaning behind ‘mni’ added to his username, which stands for "My Name Is."

In addition to this, Golden maknae did a solo Weverse stream on July 14, 2025. His independent stream fetched over 10.9 million real-time viewers.
