Zias and B Lou confirmed that they took a hiatus from streaming to avoid getting a call for a donation from MrBeast, and fans cannot stop laughing.

In a new video online, the two men confirmed, while laughing, that they went on a 1-week break because they didn't want MrBeast to call them. They were referring to his ongoing initiative of raising funds for people to gain access to clean drinking water.

Titled TeamWater, the project aims to raise $40 million by the end of this month, and the YouTuber has been enlisting the help of fellow content creators all month.

However, Zias and B Lou have seemingly confirmed that donating something wasn't in the picture for them, and fans can't help but poke fun. Here's how one user reacted on X, for instance:

"These 2 will forever be hilarious"

The comments didn't end there:

"There is nothing funny about this, why will they feel the need to do that," one user remarked.
"It’s cool when they do it but when Kai do it," someone else pointed out.
"Lmao, in short they’re broke," another quipped.
"Lmao they knew mrbeast was finna make them drop 100k," yet another joked.

See how the rest of X is reacting:

"Is streaming not paying them?? Or they have lots of bills to pay," one user questioned.
"So now I wanna see all of twitter get mad at them the way they got mad at Kai and every one that didn’t donate, but that won’t happen why cause PICK AND CHOOSE NPC’s," one more chimed in.
"1 week off just to avoid MrBeast’s calls? Legendary," yet another user joked.
"It’s important to remember that contributing should be voluntary, respecting everyone’s personal circumstances and choices," someone else remarked.

MrBeast and Kai Cenat's drama explored:

Notably, MrBeast himself has since caught wind of the video of Zias and B Lou and left a comment under it clarifying that there was no pressure on them to donate:

"People don’t have to donate if they don’t want to."

As for him and Kai Cenat, fans were concerned just days ago when the latter seemingly skipped joining a livestream with MrBeast and Adin Ross. The livestream was also being held in a bid to raise funds, and xQc was also in attendance.

Dexerto reported at the time that during the livestream, MrBeast claimed to have invited one more person to join, but they turned him down. While they didn't specify who, fans were quick to assume it was Kai Cenat. However, the YouTuber has since taken to X to clarify the matter:

"I never said it was Kai, and to be clear it’s not Kai. Let’s chill with this whole Kai hate boner thing."

In one of his recent livestreams, he also called on fans to stop slandering Kai for not getting involved with the cause.

"Hey, by the way, to the community that's been clipping... Let's all chill. No, I'm actually being serious. Chill. Like, Kai doesn't have to donate to TeamWater. Obviously, there are charities I don't donate to. Just, everyone, calm the hell down."

As of this writing, Kai Cenat has yet to address the controversy himself.
