Internet reactions to the official teaser for the Diddy documentary

DiscussingFilm took to its official X (formerly Twitter) page to share the newly released teaser, captioning:

"First trailer for the Diddy documentary, exec produced by 50 Cent. Releasing December 2 on Netflix."

Netizens were notably quick to weigh in on the comment section of the X post as they penned their thoughts about it. Below are some of their reactions:

"50 Cent has been waiting twenty years for this moment and now he gets to tell the whole story on Netflix while Diddy sits in a cell. This documentary is going to show everything the industry tried to hide for decades. People act shocked but most of us already knew something was seriously wrong. The truth is finally coming out and nobody can protect him anymore.", noted an X user.
"Wondering what kind of never-before-seen footage 50 managed to dig up… because that man stays with the receipts 😂 This trailer already has me locked in, I need all four parts yesterday. Still riding with #FreeDiddy though… until the credits roll at least 👀 What y’all thinking, team Diddy or team documentary? Drop it below", commented another.
"looking back at diddy interviews is insane now that we know everything he has done", stated a third.

Others also chimed in:

"Can’t believe Netflix backing an expose documentary of a rapper made by a rival rapper he has beef with. Is not this slander? The motivation to disparage Sean is easy to establish. Netflix better cleared every frame of this with their lawyers.", penned a netizen.
"Fifty really turned petty into a full-time career. Man is producing documentaries like he’s collecting Infinity Stones. This one is about to shake tables and rearrange living rooms. 50 Cent waking up every morning like Who else needs a documentary today. At this point he is not beefing, he is archiving.", wrote another.
"Only 50 Cent would beef so hard he turned it into a Netflix original", declared a third.

The documentary drops on December 2, 2025, via Netflix. All four episodes will be available for streaming at once.
